Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Presales
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Location: Bangalore
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Function:
Conduct Pre-sales research to identify relevant stakeholders in the customer organization.
Cold and warm customers reach out through calling, LinkedIn, emails and other communication mediums.
Setting up meetings/demos with the CHRO's, Finance Heads & CXO's
Identify and proactively do lead generation and eventually ensure deal closure.
Serve as human voice and personality behind the brand providing quality client service with each and every client interaction.
Effectively breaking down the information to gain the customer trust.
Engage in delivering product demonstrations and make them interested in setting up appointments and personal meetings.
Responsible in identifying sales opportunities and passing on the intelligence gathered to the sales teams.
Must be a driving force in sales approach methodology that characterize company’s dealing in market place.
Partnering with sales teams to conduct research on target accounts, map the outsourcing landscape and develop account penetration plans.
Other Functions:
Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads.
Preparation of pipeline, MIS and order forecasts with periodic status.
