Manager – Consulting
Function : Corporate Sales
Experience: 4 to 12 years
Location: Chennai/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Delhi/
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acquisition of New clients.
Initial contact for Enquiries/RFQ/Mandate Letters.
Understanding the pricing and features of the product and their impact on profitability.
Handling Corporate customers and maintaining excellent relationship with them.
Leveraging on the relationship with corporates and focusing on closures.
Liaisoning with insurers and TPA for providing better services and quotes to clients.
Coordinating with HR & Finance for Corporate Data.
Administering guidelines in terms of documentation while policy issuance and claims servicing
Analyzing their risk portfolio, suggesting way forward to mitigate losses and maintain a healthy bottom line.
MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION:
Prior experience in corporate sales.
Excellent with people and are able to form and manage client relationships quickly and successfully.
Passion for selling solutions.
Strong analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization
Ability to multi-task and work independently (as individual contributor) within a team.
Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills.
Demonstration of consultative skills, patience, perseverance.
Account Management experience with large accounts.
Assertive, Customer Focus, Drive for results and Tech Savvy.
