We are seeking a dynamic insurance professional for our Technical vertical (Non-EB) with strong expertise in Property and other Non-EB lines of business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing, retention, underwriting coordination, and end-to-end client relationship management for Delhi region.

Manage Non–Employee Benefit (Non-EB) lines of business including Property (Fire, Marine, Burglary) and other commercial products.
Drive client retention through effective relationship management and consistent service excellence.
Leverage existing corporate relationships to support renewals, upselling, and closure of business opportunities.
Float inquiries to insurance partners and evaluate quotes to provide competitive and optimal solutions to clients.
Review premium workings, terms, and conditions while negotiating with insurers for the most suitable coverage.
Ensure adherence to documentation standards for policy issuance, endorsements, and claims to maintain strong process governance.
Conduct risk inspections, evaluate risk exposures, and suggest loss-mitigation measures to strengthen client protection.
Coordinate with insurers, clients, and surveyors for seamless and timely claims handling.
Ensure 100% query resolution within defined TATs to deliver superior service experience.
Prepare and publish accurate MIS reports with timely data presentation as per business requirements.
